All-in-one bolognese risoni bake

Budget-friendly cheesy risoni bake that the whole family will enjoy, costing only €0.79 per serve.
Ingredients (7)
1 tbsp olive oil
500g beef mince
305g (1 1/2 cups) dried risoni
375ml (1 1/2 cups) Campbell’s Real Stock Beef
510g jar tomato, onion and garlic pasta sauce
140g (1 1/3 cups) pre-grated light mozzarella
Fresh basil leaves, to serve (optional)
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large, deep, non-stick, ovenproof frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 375ml (1 1/2 cups) Campbell’s Real Stock Beef and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add 305g (1 1/2 cups) dried risoni and stir to combine. Stir in stock and 510g jar tomato, onion and garlic pasta sauce, then bring to a simmer.
Step 2
Reduce heat to medium and simmer, covered, for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until risoni is al dente. Stir in 1/3 pre-grated light mozzarella cup cheese.
Step 3
Preheat an oven grill to high. Sprinkle pasta mixture with remaining cheese. Grill for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve sprinkled with Fresh basil leaves, to serve (optional), if using, to serve.
