Castell d'Encús Taika Brut is a sparkling white wine from the Catalonia region of Spain, produced by Castell d'Encús in the Pallars mountains of Catalonia. The estate still uses nine stone fermentation tanks carved by Hospitaller monks in the 12th century; the current winery was set up in 2002 and is run on organic farming principles. This listing is the 2017 vintage, in a 750ml bottle at 12.5% ABV.
