Glucose syrup, dried fig 17% (fig, dextrose), oat flakes 12%, whole wheat flakes 12% (whole wheat, barley malt extract, salt), rye flakes 10.5%, crispy cereals (wheat flour 5.5%, rice flour 2%, dextrose, sugar, salt), sunflower oil, fructo-oligosaccharides, stabiliser: sorbitols, natural fig flavouring, colour: plain caramel, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.
