Water, sugar, black beans (soya), salt, soya sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), maize starch, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, colour (caramel), natural vinegar, garlic, spices, food acid (citric acid), lemon juice concentrate.
