Jacopo Poli Sassicaia di Bolgheri is a Grappa from Italy, produced by Poli Distillerie. Made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon pomace from Sassicaia and distilled in small batches in copper stills. Aged four years in casks, then six months in casks previously used for Sassicaia. It comes in a 500ml bottle at 40% ABV.
