Preparation: bring 400 ml water to the boil, add the contents and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat, stirring with a fork, until the water is absorbed; add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook for 2 more minutes

wheat semolina, sugar, egg, dried vegetables [carrot (1.6%), spinach, leek (0.6%), garlic], maize starch, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt), spices (sweet paprika, ginger, chilli pepper, turmeric, star anise), salt, flavourings (contain barley), sunflower and/or palm oil, natural flavouring, dried mushrooms (0.2%), acidity regulator (citric acid), paprika extract.
