Nonino ÙE Monovitigno Malvasia is an Italian acquavite d'uva (grape spirit) from Nonino in Friuli, distilled from whole Malvasia grapes (skin, pulp and juice) rather than pomace. The grapes are fermented under vacuum in steel tanks, batch-distilled in copper steam stills and rested 6 to 12 months in steel. 500ml, 38% ABV.
