Cured pitted green olives (49%) (EU origin), water, pepper paste (10%) [pepper, stabiliser (sodium alginate), thickeners (guar gum, calcium chloride), preservative (potassium sorbate)], salt, acidity regulators (lactic acid, citric acid), sequestrant (calcium lactate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
