Crispy whole grain oat flakes (69%) [whole grain oat flakes (64.5%), sugar, extruded rice (rice flour, sugar, wheat gluten, malt flour (barley and wheat) and salt), palm oil, honey (5%), wheat flour and salt], pumpkin seeds (8%), sunflower seeds (8%), sultanas (5%) (grapes and sunflower oil), hazelnuts (3%), almonds (3%), dried blueberries (blueberries, sugar and sunflower oil) and flax seeds.
