My pantry has a special corner reserved for The Yum Family Shop

Fast replies, solid packing, and thoughtful presentation. The hearts were a fun bonus. Zero complaints here

I had a small question and support was super sweet about it. The package arrived safe and had little hearts inside - such a nice personal touch!

I honestly smiled before I even opened the item - the little hearts on the packaging were such a sweet touch. Everything arrived perfectly protected, and customer support answered my question kindly within minutes. Felt like buying from a real human, not a store

Honestly impressed. Tight packing, adorable details, and customer service that actually listens. This is how it should be done.

Opening this was pure happiness. Hearts in the box, perfect protection, and the sweetest customer service interaction. Truly a 10/10 experience

Very satisfied with my purchase. Items were well protected and arrived in great condition.

Solid service and trustworthy.

I appreciate businesses that are transparent and organised. This order arrived on time, complete, and in perfect condition. No surprises, just good service.

Everything was exactly as expected. Order was complete, sealed, and delivered without problems.

I have been searching for Franziskaner Dunkel all over the US and have not been able to find it anywhere, much less find anyplace that would ship to Texas.
This is one of my friends all-time favorite beers and she has not had it in years, so I wanted to surprise her for her birthday. I was not sure that two weeks before was enough time, but I ordered a few bottles for her in hopes that they MIGHT get here before her birthday. These wonderful people had these beers individually packaged and shipped and they arrived less than 5 days after I ordered them! I am overwhelmed at the speed and excellent customer service! They are also SOO nice and really work to accommodate your needs!! If you order tell them Thomas said hi! :)
