1615 Puro Quebranta is a Pisco from Peru, produced by Bodega San Nicolás. Made from a single grape, Quebranta, with no added water and no wood ageing. The name refers to 1615, the first recorded vine planting in the Pisco region. It comes in a 700ml bottle at 42% ABV.
