Castell d'Encús Thalarn is a red wine from the Catalonia region of Spain, produced by Castell d'Encús in Pallars, Catalonia. Castell d'Encús was founded in 2002 in the Pallars mountains and farms organically. It still uses nine stone fermentation tanks carved by Hospitaller monks in the 12th century. This listing is the 2018 vintage and made from Syrah, in a 750ml bottle at 13% ABV.
