We get it—shipping prices matter. But here’s the truth: we don’t set the shipping costs, and we don’t make any profit from shipping prices. The rates you see come directly from our integrated shipping app, which pulls live pricing from carriers like DHL, EMS, CTT, and FedEx.
We wish we could lower the prices but unfortunately, we can’t. Shipping rates can change due to global politics, tariffs or unexpected policy changes—yes, even if a president decides to get creative with trade rules.
Here’s how the pricing works:
You’re charged by weight brackets.
0–1kg
2–3kg
3–4kg
5–10kg
10–15kg
15–20kg
…and so on, usually in 5kg increments.
This means larger orders (starting from around 5kg) They offer better value as the cost per kg tends to drop.

Within the EU, shipping typically takes 3 to 14 working days.
However customers say, for EU & Scandinavia, delivery usually falls within 5 to 7 working days, based on customer feedback.

Please Note: Even if we're working, shipping companies do not collect parcels on weekends, so weekend days do not count toward the delivery timeline.
However, in some countries, limited Saturday deliveries are starting to roll out—this includes certain areas in the USA, Spain, Germany, France, Norway, Italy and a few other locations. That said, it's not guaranteed and still depends on your local delivery service and area if they work weekends and public holidays.

Once your payment is received, your order is processed and placed in our packing queue. After it's packed, it's collected by the shipping carrier and begins its journey to you. Simple, right? But here's what we want you to keep in mind:
We're a family-run store, not Amazon or a massive fulfillment center. We don’t use robots or conveyor belts. Your orders are hand-packed with ribbons, paper bags, and a whole lot of love. Most of the time, we even sneak in a little freebie, because we genuinely care about making your experience feel special.
Please don't expect that if you place an order at 6 PM, it'll be out the door by 8 PM. We’re not running drones or space shuttles (and honestly, we don’t want to). That kind of automation removes the soul of a small business and we’re all about keeping that human touch.

Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions.
At the moment, we do not ship to most parts of Africa, including South, West, North, and East Africa. Unfortunately, this is due to unreliable shipping infrastructure and systemic issues that make successful delivery nearly impossible.
If your location does not appear at checkout, it means we're either unable to ship there at the moment, or we’re in the process of negotiating better shipping rates. As soon as those options become available, we’ll update them in the system.
