Monthuys Réserve Brut is a Champagne from Monthuys Père et Fils, blended from Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It has a pale yellow colour, a bouquet of apple, peach and pear, and a crisp, well-balanced palate with honeyed fruit and hints of yeast.
