Maize flakes 16% (maize, salt, sugar, malt syrup and barley), oat flakes 14.5%, sugar, puffed rice 13.5% (rice flour, wheat flour, salt), sunflower oil (high oleic 13%), wheat flour 11%, malted wheat flakes 8.5%, vegetable fibre, wheat starch, malt syrup (barley), raising agents (sodium and ammonium bicarbonates), emulsifier: soya lecithin, salt, glucose and fructose syrup, vanilla flavouring.
