Water, salt, carrot (7.5%), palm fat, sugar, leek (4.9%), yeast extract, red pepper (2.3%), celery root (0.9%), gelling agents (xanthan gum, locust bean gum), flavourings, spices [celery seeds, lovage root (0.09%), nutmeg, pepper], parsley (0.2%), caramel syrup, maltodextrin. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. The product may crystallise; this is a natural process that does not affect quality.
