Ingredients
Aubergine cubes (25%), pre-fried aubergine cubes (aubergine, sunflower oil) (25%), crushed peeled tomatoes with tomato juice (25%), onion (12%), tomato paste (5.9%), sugar, extra virgin olive oil (1%), basil (0.9%), salt, concentrated lemon juice, garlic.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to a covered container, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
