Citadelle Jardin d'Été is a French gin made at Château de Bonbonnet in the Charente, inspired by the garden there. It uses 22 botanicals, including Charentais melon, whole lemons, yuzu and orange zest, with juniper, coriander, cubeb, liquorice and other spices.
