Strepsils Honey and Lemon are medicated lozenges containing 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg and amylmetacresol 0.6mg. They are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild sore throat.

Safety
This is a medicine. Read the package leaflet before use. Not for children under 6 years. Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours as needed. Do not take more than 12 lozenges in 24 hours or use for more than 3 days; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a pharmacist or doctor before use. Contains sucrose and glucose; if you have diabetes or an intolerance to some sugars, ask a doctor before use. Contains sulphur dioxide, which may rarely cause severe allergic reactions. Keep out of reach of children. Always read and follow the directions and warnings on the pack.
