Shipping and Temperature Notice - Deli and Cured Products Cheeses, Dried Fish, Smoked Items, dried meats

Our deli products are dried, salted and cured, similar to traditional cheeses, sausages and salted fish that have been transported at ambient temperature for centuries. These products are specifically produced to remain stable during normal room-temperature transport.

We carefully pack all items and ship using standard delivery services packed in Kraft packages to absober moist at ambient temperature. We do not use refrigerated or chilled transport.

We monitor weather conditions and reserve the right to delay dispatch during exceptional extreme heat where there is a genuine risk to product integrity.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
