Henriot Brut Souverain is the historic cuvée of Champagne Henriot, the house founded by Apolline Henriot in 1808. It is a multi-vintage blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with a significant share of reserve wines, giving a fresh, elegant and consistent brut.
