Cereals and seeds (57%) [wheat flour (55%), brown and golden flaxseed (0.9%), millet seeds (0.3%), oat flakes (0.3%), wheat flakes (0.3%)], water, stabiliser (glycerol), vegetable oil (sunflower) (5%), acidity regulator (malic acid), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), fermented wheat flour, salt, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), vegetable fibres, natural flavouring.
