Armand de Brignac Demi-Sec, known as Ace of Spades Demi-Sec, is a Champagne from Armand de Brignac, produced by the Cattier family in Chigny-les-Roses in the Montagne de Reims. It is a multi-vintage blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier with a dosage of 33 g/l, giving a richer, sweeter style balanced by fresh acidity.
