Contemporal Sparkling Red Brut is a Portuguese red sparkling wine from Caves da Montanha in Anadia, in the Bairrada region. It is made from Baga by the classic method, with a second fermentation in bottle, and has fine, persistent bubbles with red fruit and jam notes.
