Contemporal Rosé Bruto is a Portuguese rosé sparkling wine from Caves da Montanha, the family wine company founded in 1943 in Anadia, in the Bairrada region. It is made from Baga by the classic method, with a second fermentation in bottle, and has fine, persistent bubbles and a fresh, long palate.
