How to use
Brush teeth at least twice a day. Use a pea sized amount under adult supervision to minimise swallowing. Change your toothbrush every 3 months and see a dentist at least once a year.

Safety
Contains sodium fluoride (450 ppm F). Not for children under 3. Do not swallow. Always read and follow the directions and warnings on the pack.
