Mechanically separated chicken and turkey meat (62%), water, starch, soya protein, salt, gelling agent (sodium alginate), emulsifiers (diphosphates, triphosphates, polyphosphates), spices (contains mustard), spice extracts, sugar, smoke flavouring, dextrose, antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), flavourings, preservative (sodium nitrite), acidity regulator (calcium lactate) and stabiliser (calcium chloride).

Storage
