Whole grain oat flakes (41%), thickener (polydextrose), soya protein crisps (soya protein isolate, starch, salt), sunflower oil, soya protein isolate, oat bran, freeze dried blueberries (1%), freeze dried strawberries (1%), freeze dried raspberry pieces (1%), shredded coconut (sulphites), sweeteners (isomalt, steviol glycosides from stevia), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), flavouring.
